About the role:

As a Product Executive focusing on compliance your primary focus will be on the creation, compliance, and enhancement of assessment materials, documentation, and processes for various apprenticeship standards. You will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and quality of our toolkit, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and assessment materials, while also driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance user experience and readiness for Ofqual audits.


Responsibilities:

  • Support the review and development of assessment materials to ensure alignment with apprenticeship standards, assessment plans, learning outcomes and compliance
  • Conduct thorough quality checks to verify accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Ensure materials, including the assessment toolkits are fit for purpose, consider user experience and compliance
  • Evaluate existing assessment development processes and identify opportunities for streamlining and improvement
  • Monitor process performance and implement corrective actions as needed
