The Role
As a Solutions Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our technology offerings and our clients' business needs. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product Development, and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions that address clients' unique requirements and maximise the value of our platform. Drawing upon your expertise in the fintech space, you will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the implementation process and providing ongoing support to ensure their success.
Responsibilities:
· Client Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for client engagements, conducting discovery sessions to understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and technical requirements.
· Solution Demonstration: Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept exercises to showcase the capabilities of our platform and illustrate how it can address clients' specific use cases.
· Solution Design: Utilise your deep understanding of our SaaS platform and knowledge of financial industry best practices to design comprehensive solutions that align with clients' strategic goals.
· Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales cycle, addressing clients' questions and concerns related to system architecture, integrations, security, and scalability.
· Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document detailed requirements, ensuring clear communication and alignment between client expectations and solution capabilities.
· Product Enhancement: Work closely with product development teams to advocate for client needs and influence product roadmap prioritisation, driving continuous innovation and enhancement of our offerings.
· Training and Enablement: Deliver training sessions and workshops to clients' teams, empowering them to effectively leverage our solution and maximise its value within their organisation.
We're looking for someone who must have:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or related field;
· 5+ years of experience in a techno-functional role within the fintech industry, preferably in a customer-facing role in a SaaS software company.
· Deep understanding of fintech concepts, products, and regulatory requirements, with experience working in banking, payments, or credit/debit cards.
· Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software solutions to enterprise clients, from requirements gathering through implementation and support.
· Proficiency in cloud-based technologies, APIs, databases, and integration frameworks.
· Experience with coding technologies like JavaScript/Ruby/Python, SQL
· Experience with MS Office, Confluence, Jira (including epics, stories, and sprints)
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
· Exceptional problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset, with a passion for driving client success and satisfaction.
