My client is looking for a Telesales Consultant to work in a fun, vibrant working environment. You will have a passion for phone based sales and enjoy working in a targeted commission based role.


You'll be able to best advise customers on the products or packages that suit their needs and support them with their finances and accounting. They offer several products and services across the business, so understanding the customer's circumstances and needs will help you to identify other services you can provide.


You'll spend a lot of time on the phone, and outside of peak call times, you'll issue sales packs and agreements to customers, keep the customer database fully up to date with notes of all contact made, and liaise with internal teams to handover customer details for efficient after-sales care and processing.


The client pride themselves on providing training and support to their people to help them develop, both personally and professionally. They have a dedicated in-house trainer to provide companywide training, and all the new Telesales Executives receive dedicated and specific sales training from management, along with ongoing support from Team Leaders and colleagues.
