Occupational Health – Senior Administrator

Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Occupational Health Co-ordinator – Offshore Resources, based in Aberdeen. This is initially on a contract up to 12 months with high potential to be extended.
Responsibilities:
• Develops and fosters a positive HSEQ culture throughout company.
• Participate in the review and updates of the Company Health Procedures
• Collate information from various stakeholders and present it in a structured manner to enable decisions to be made
• Set up and maintain the department SharePoint site to ensure documents are accessible and up to date
• Administratively support with the delivery of a new medical system for the global fleet
• Assist with updating and maintaining the medical standards of the global fleet.
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of job descriptions, competence and familiarisation for the offshore medics
• Support with the implementation of and adherence to company’s Management System, professional tools, policies, systems and processes.
• Operates in compliance with GDPR and medical confidentiality requirements.
• Support and co-ordinate with the global medical team health initiatives, as appropriate.
• Support with maintaining the offshore hospital policies including procedures and offshore medical stores.
• Develops a constructive and professional relationship with global stakeholders to promote consistency of processes and procedures
Experience & Qualifications:
• Relevant experience within an office environment, ideally from an Occupational Health, wellbeing or HSE background with a focus on heath
• Good level of IT skills, proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc) and with a demonstrable interest in digitalisation.
• Great interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and build networks across all levels of stakeholders, including senior management, both internal and external.
• Motivated and highly organised individual, with ability to prioritise workload during periods of high volume, as well as conflicting and changing priorities
