Role Description

Conducting market research for their region, analysing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the development and implementation of effective strategies.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience in CFD and FX industry
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field
- Strong understanding of financial markets and trading
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think strategically and creatively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience working in a regulated financial services environment
- Possess strong motivation for achieving and exceeding sales targets, driven by commission-based incentives.
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with Introducing Brokers and Affiliates
- Business Development Managers from the UK, Switzerland and Germany will be prioritized.
- Familiarity with CRM and MT4 platform
