Who You Are
You are a dynamic and strategic sales enablement manager. You thrive developing and executing comprehensive enablement strategies that align with our business objectives, ensuring that our teams are equipped with the necessary tools, training, and resources to excel in their roles.
You possess a proven track record in sales enablement, demonstrating exceptional leadership and collaboration skills while driving cross-functional initiatives that enhance sales performance. You collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to create impactful training programs, optimize content management, and foster a culture of continuous learning. Join us to play a crucial role in shaping our sales strategy and driving sustainable growth across the EMEA region.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive field and partner enablement strategy aligned with regional business priorities.
Identify and prioritise enablement needs through needs assessment, data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
Enable and measure success of field readiness from lead generation to deal close
Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, product marketing, customer success, channel, people experience and other departments and key stakeholders
Enable partners and account managers with sales acumen and product knowledge to accelerate ramp and increase productivity
Deliver training and workshops for partners and AEs through both on-demand, virtual and in person sessions
Create, deliver and measure results of curriculum development
Partner with senior leadership as a strategic partners, identify and solve challenges
Identify key processes and skills such as discovery, demo, negotiation, deal execution; work closely with the GTM Excellence and Product / Technical Teams, acting as a voice of the field while ensuring global programs are aligned with the needs and requirements of the team
Partner closely with the Product Marketing and Partner teams to understand requirements and deliver content designed specifically for AEs and partners to use in their conversations with prospects and customers.
Drive continuous learning, ensuring readiness through refreshers and additional assessments and certifications
Design and provide input to Sales Kick Off, programs and summits
Requirements:
5-8 years experience in sales enablement with a successful track record of developing and delivering training
5-8 years of experience in quota carrying direct, channel or related role
Deep understanding of UCaaS industry; SaaS sales cycles, sales process, and sales methodologies
Understand the nuances and fast paced environment of a high growth company
Experience building and delivering competency frameworks for sales and partner manager roles
Review and edit localized training materials when required
Stay abreast of industry trends in learning, selling, technology sales and sales skills
Conduct pain point analysis with channel and sales leadership to design enablement programs to impact business challenges and break down complex problems in a simplified way
Qualifications
A student of adult learning, sales skills and learning tactics
Training delivery and/or facilitation experience with partners and AEs
Excellent communication skills, high impact & high energy sales training style, generating and sustaining engagement with your audience
Strong interpersonal skills; enjoys working with others in a collaborative manner - acting as a team player will be an essential component
Passion for excellence and high quality in the finished product; attention to detail is critical to success
A consultative approach to the role and ability to work cross-functionally
Expert on leading sales tools, CRM, content management, learning management systems and sales methodology (Value Selling + MEDDPICC)
Less than 20% travel required
