The Opportunity: Head of Business Development at BOW Gifts


Report directly to the CEO of BOW Gifts.


You will be the driving force behind our new business growth, you'll lead our efforts to expand our market presence and forge strategic partnerships in medium to large size companies. It will take an experienced and refined visionary leader who has the right attitude and strong values, and is proactive, solution-oriented, and excels in dynamic environments, without question.

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and demonstrate how we’ll do things differently, to cut through the noise and old industry habits.


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships with companies who share the same values and want a better experience.


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.


  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals that align with our strategic goals.


  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to set us apart and add the why.


  • Represent BOW Gifts at industry events and conferences to showcase why our brand will be the difference in their company processes.


  • Oh, and that’s just for breakfast ;-)



What We're Looking For:


  • Proven track record in business development and sales leadership roles. Min. 3 years.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to see the big picture, always.
  • Stellar communication and negotiation skills – you can close deals efficiently and with attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently and make informed decisions with confidence.
  • Excellent proficiency with digital tools – CRM systems, LinkedIn, and market research tools. You're on it, and then some.
  • A strong alignment with our core values, and a passion for infusing them into every task and across the team.
  • The integrity and discretion to handle sensitive business information with care.
  • Agile and flexible – able to adapt quickly to any situation and remain solution-focused.
  • Razor-sharp research skills and a forward-thinking mindset for tomorrow’s opportunities.
