We are working with a leading multi-national corporation with a diverse and talented workforce spread across the globe to recruit a Payroll Team Lead looking after UK payroll.
Key Responsibilities
- People leadership - line management responsibilities
- Processing - end to end payroll for c 5000 employees
- Compliance - ownership over complex and every changing compliance landscape
- Systems - payroll change management experience
- Stakeholder management - active engagement with leadership promoting the interests of your team
