Job Overview:

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact through project completion.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback. Use this data to refine business development strategies and improve overall performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role within the health & safety, compliance, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of property compliance services, including health & safety, security, asbestos, and legionella management.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business development strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
