We are collaborating with an exciting Salesforce partner, currently looking to hire an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst, who is fluent in German.


They have landed an exciting European project and are looking for someone to lead this implementation This role is a 3-6m contract position.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather their business needs and objectives
  • Lead scoping workshops to understand and analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Salesforce
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation
  • Communicate effectively with clients in both German AND English, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.


Requirements:

  • Fluent in German (both written and spoken).
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Proven experience in leading scoping workshops
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and it's functionalities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Consultant) are a plus.
