Job Description:
As a Salesforce Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients in implementing and optimising Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, configure Salesforce to meet those needs, and provide training and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions that drive client success.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce configurations and customizations.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions, including designing and implementing custom objects, workflows, process automation, reports, and dashboards.
- Provide expertise in Salesforce best practices and recommend solutions to address client challenges.
- Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to support client adoption and system usage.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce projects within established timelines and budgets.
- Stay updated on Salesforce platform enhancements, new features, and industry trends to provide proactive recommendations and insights to clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience as a Salesforce Consultant, working on implementations, customisations, and support.
- Salesforce Administrator certifications are highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Community Cloud, with experience in Lightning Experience.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration
- Understanding of Salesforce security model and user management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse complex business processes and provide effective solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in consulting or client-facing roles is preferred.
