About the Role:

We’re on the hunt for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join a Financial Services Firm based in Birmingham for a 3-month contract. This company are looking for someone to act as a bridge between the business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that Salesforce solutions meet the organisation's needs and drive this project forward.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and document detailed requirements for Salesforce projects.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and process flows.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Work with project managers to ensure timely and successful delivery of Salesforce enhancements and changes.
  • Provide support and training to end-users to maximise the adoption and effectiveness of Salesforce solutions.
  • Oversee the testing of Salesforce changes to ensure they meet requirements and perform as expected.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong understanding of Salesforce platform functionalities and best practices.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Availability: Ability to work 2 days a week on-site in Birmingham.
