This role will be offered on a fixed term contract basis of 10-12 months.


Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leaders and people manager to manage cyclical HR duties
  • Provide HR advice, support and guidance to people managers
  • Support on any employee relations matters, TUPE and change management projects
  • Manage recruitment activity for Europe, including working with hiring managers on team resourcing, role descriptions, recruitment approval.
  • Work with people managers on headcount budgets and recruitment reporting
  • Manage recruitment agency relationships
  • Support on all aspects of graduate and early careers recruitment, including intern and graduate assessment days
  • Work closely with the Head of HR and HR Coordinator


Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experienced HR Business Partner
  • Experience working for an FCA regulated environment is highly desirable
  • UK employment law knowledge and experience
  • Experience working closely with hiring managers on recruitment and recruitment strategy
  • TUPE experience is highly desirable
  • Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Experience managing all areas of generalist HR
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, in particular working with Excel
  • High attention to detail and strong communication skills both written and verbal


This is a fixed term contract starting in August. This is a full time position and the successful candidate will be required to be in the London office 3 days per work.
