Three Darlings is an Upcoming Neighbourhood restaurant situated in the heart of Chelsea on Pavillon road. Concentrating on great British produces cooked simply yet delivering incredible flavour. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team and be a part of this exciting new venture.

Position Overview

As a Chef de Partie at Three darlings, you will be a vital contributor to our esteemed culinary team. Your role is pivotal in maintaining and furthering our reputation for culinary excellence. Responsible for a specific section within our kitchen, you will showcase your culinary talent, precision, and creativity, ensuring that every plate leaving your station embodies the Three darlings standard of perfection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Culinary Excellence: Execute dishes with precision and artistry, upholding the exacting culinary standards synonymous with Three darlings.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Foster a spirit of collaboration and cooperation in the kitchen, readily assisting fellow chefs and contributing to a harmonious work environment.
  • Meticulous Preparation: Prepare and present all ingredients to the highest standards, from meticulous chopping and seasoning to elegant plating, following our established recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain unwavering attention to quality and consistency within your section. Conduct regular quality checks and taste tests to ensure that each dish meets our exacting standards.
  • Safety and Hygiene: Adhere rigorously to health and safety regulations, keeping your workspace clean, organised, and safe. Promote stringent kitchen cleanliness and food safety practices.
  • Mentorship: Share your culinary knowledge and skills with junior kitchen staff, guiding to nurture their growth within our culinary team.
  • Menu Innovation: Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to create new dishes and seasonal menus. Infuse your creativity and expertise into enhancing our culinary offerings.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a high-end restaurant or Michelin-starred establishment.
  • Culinary qualifications or relevant certifications are advantageous.
  • A profound passion for culinary arts and a strong commitment to staying updated with industry trends.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to mastering culinary techniques.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities, thriving in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Effective communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude.
  • Dedication to upholding Three darlings's reputation for culinary excellence.
