Job overview / purpose

As a key member of the Marketing team, you will manage, own and execute the AI go-to-market plan. You will be a strategic marketer who is passionate about supporting growth, revenue generation, driving brand awareness and creating a great experience for our customers and prospects in the UK. The role involves partnering with our Chief AI Officer and AI Practice Lead as well as cross functionally to align and communicate plans, tactics, and resources to meet revenue targets in existing and new markets.


Main duties and responsibilities

  • Working with the Head of Marketing, translate the company’s business objectives, market opportunities and portfolio offerings into formal, integrated marketing plan and campaigns for AI.
  • Understand buyer needs, market trends and the competitive landscape to develop effective messaging.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives, with a digital first strategy, that generate marketing qualified leads from targeted prospects or cross-sell opportunities within existing customers.
  • Create sales enablement plans to drive sales adoption of the portfolio and provide support for conversion of marketing qualified leads to pipeline opportunities through Digital Sales and wider sales teams.
  • Work with other members of the cross-functional team to create effective assets and content for websites, campaigns, events, and sales enablement dedicated for the AI GTM.
  • Track the ROI of campaigns to meet and/or exceed the pipeline, revenue, and retention targets against the roles KPIs.
  • Build and manage relationships with 3rd party agencies, freelancers, and Microsoft to ensure alignment and execution of campaigns are managed to high standard.
  • Manage the end-to-end messaging life cycle, the supporting conversion of messaging into compelling client story led content across a variety of form factors, audiences, channels, and communications.
  • Create and execute scalable demand generation programs to create and nurture opportunities across industries, personas, and key client challenge areas across channels such as events, thought-leadership, digital, social, and more.
  • Experiment with varied marketing approaches with the marketing teams to propel AI message and market traction. Iterate, test, and learn what works and what doesn’t to help drive results.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis monthly and presenting to commercial team monthly.


Skills, experience and qualifications

  • Five or more years’ experience in a marketing role preferably within the technology industry
  • A commercially minded marketing professional with AI solutions experience
  • Experience of managing Marketing Development Funding plans
  • Strong knowledge of revenue marketing
  • Experience of running campaigns from end to end
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workflow and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to collaborate and build positive relationships internally and externally.
  • Experienced in briefing internal teams and external resources.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent eye for good positioning, writing and design


Qualifications

  • CIM Marketing Level 6 or relevant Degree
  • Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals
