Our client has a really exciting opportunity for a Talent Development Manager to make a significant impact across the EMEA region.


This role has a hybrid working pattern so you’d be based at our client’s offices in South Yorkshire two days a week, which has free onsite parking and a really great working environment


What you’ll be doing:

In this role, you'll lead local and regional training projects, from onboarding to leadership development, and work closely with HR and business leaders to tailor training solutions that meet the organisation’s strategic goals. You'll have the opportunity to leverage your creativity in instructional design and adult learning theory to create interactive and relevant content.


This is a brand new role and you'll be at the forefront of assessing development needs, designing innovative training programs, and delivering engaging sessions that inspire and empower teams


What we’re looking for:

  • We’re looking for someone with a strong background in Talent Development or Learning and Development, within professional services.
  • You’ll have a strong background in instructional design, with a proven track record of developing and delivering diverse training programs, including both e-learning modules and instructor-led sessions.
  • Our client is looking for someone who is creative and innovative, and who has good experience in engaging stakeholders at senior leadership level, and presenting with confidence and clarity
