Role - Clinical Negligence Paralegal

Firm

Our client is a regional heavyweight looking to bolster their Clinical Negligence team with a new paralegal. They are ranked Tier 1 for Clinical Negligence in Legal 500 and are fantastic firm with a brilliant reputation across every practice area.

The team includes members of the Law Society's specialist panel of clinical negligence solicitors and the successful candidate will play an essential role in assisting the team with their high quality and complex work.

Role Responsibilities

  • Carry out administrative tasks where necessary relating to database maintenance, accurate time recording
  • Assist in obtaining expert opinions to assess claims
  • Assist solicitors where possible with the general conduct of their caseload.
  • Prepare witness statements
  • Prepare instructions to medical experts and counsel.
