Your day at Aqua and your responsibilities:

  • Training Design and Development - tailored training programs, workshops, e-learning modules according to needs

  • Collaboration with our HR and Talent Team
  • Compliance and Reporting - all training programs comply with relevant laws and regulations and maintain accurate records of training activities and report on training outcomes
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new learning technologies, and best practices
  • Strong Communication Skills - clearly communicates information and ideas to diverse audiences
  • Excellent listening skills to understand the needs
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse data
  • Understanding and addressing the individual learning needs and challenges of employees
