As leaders in the legal arena this firm pride themselves on their first class legal advice. In turn, to achieve this, they look for passionate and motivated people to join them and achieve this goal.

As the firm goes through an exciting time of growth and change the HR team is following suit and as a result looking for new additions to the team.

Joining part of a wider HR team of both generalists and specialists this position will see you supporting a key population of lawyers in both the UK and across EMEA.

Reporting into their HR Lead this is a varied and broad generalist position covering all aspects of the employee lifecycle. You will work independently and collaboratively with the wider team of generalists and specialists to deliver the people agenda into your practice group and forge solid stakeholder relationships, to become a trusted advisor for the team.

The firm is looking to meet with candidates who have worked within a legal partnership environment and looking for a new challenge. You will come from a solid HR generalist background covering all aspects from ER and generalist operations through to project activity and have worked with a fee earning population.
