Our roots are deeply embedded in family recipes passed down through generations, brought to life in our open kitchen where we cook over charcoal. About You:

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our small, charming Front-of-House team. As a role model and a talented front-of-house manager, your passion for ingredient-led products and natural wine will shine. Your responsibilities will include supporting the restaurant's P&L and financials, assisting with training, recruitment, and team engagement, leading confident briefings, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere with a focus on health and safety.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience at a Supervisor level or higher.
