About the Pub

The Cock is a fantastic pub with a great opportunity to attract not only the village locals but also trade from further afield, plus there is a tourism influx in both the winter and summer months.

The pub has a patio to the front of the property, a large lawned area to the side and a car park for around 20 cars. Internally there is a lounge/dining area with an open fire and seating for around 24 guests and two snug areas to the side and rear with further seating for circa 20. The pub has a catering kitchen that will need investment in some equipment but is an adequate size to offer a hot food menu to maximise revenue.
