This Sous Chef position will suit an experienced Sous chef who is passionate about food and shows flair and imagination.

The establishment uses all local/seasonal produce and is very proud of this fact. To re literate this fact they produce a menu which utilities the best produce available depending on availability and seasonality.

Sous Chef Experience

We are looking for a Sous chef with a passion for food already used to delivering a high-level experience.

You will ideally have worked in a similar Gastro Pub environment and be used to working with local produce.

Confident at training junior members and with ambition to grow your career this is a family feel business which can offer a great package and benefits.
