We’re really pleased to be supporting this client on their latest hire, a CRM Executive. This is a really exciting travel brand, authentically themselves, innovative and creative. An established brand that has been through incredible growth, doubling in size year on year. They have already made significant investment in Digital Marketing and Tech, with this role sitting in the Marketing team.


Reporting to the CRM Manager, you will support the execution of CRM strategy, concentrating on email marketing, data governance, and performance at a local level while also contributing to global initiatives.


The role:

  • Support the implementation of the multi-channel CRM strategy across all brands.
  • Manage all aspects of email communications, including content briefs, email creation, segmentation, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Brand and Studio stakeholders to create targeted, high-quality, on-brand email communications.
  • Update, maintain, and enhance in-house CRM systems and customer journeys.
  • Work with external suppliers and agencies to improve lead quality and segmentation throughout the customer lifecycle.

The person:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a commercially-focused CRM role.
  • Strong grasp of database marketing principles, CRM, online/offline marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, ESPs, and mass mailing tools.
  • An analytical mindset with confidence in working with and interpreting large datasets for analysis.
  • A creative flair and the ability to think outside the box.
