My client, a well established and reputable construction company are looking to recruit a Project Manager to join their team over in the Wrexham area. Their work is industrial new builds with up to 1000,000 ft2. The successful candidate will be managing the Wrexham portfolio.

The Project Manager will be in charge of delivery of Health & Safety, commercial budgets, programme management and managing scheduling and communicating with stakeholders. They will have overall responsibility for the construction projects they are working on as well as other FIC personnel associated with their project.

You will have an extensive civil and groundworks experience, proven track record in the industrial construction sector, have managed previous sites with a value in excess of £25M.
