The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of various projects within the company. This hybrid role requires a blend of remote and on-site work in our Bridgend office.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination:
- Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Communication and Reporting:
- Serve as a point of contact for project teams and stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute project status reports, meeting minutes, and other documentation.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
Task Management:
- Monitor project progress and address potential issues.
- Track project deliverables and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Assist in the management of project risks and issues, escalating when necessary.
