  • Perform meticulous testing of system enhancements to ensure they meet customer expectations and function correctly.
  • Offer usability guidance and develop reference materials to assist end-users.


Training and Go-Live Assistance:

  • Conduct thorough training sessions for both internal teams and external clients.
  • Provide direct support to customers during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Go-Live, and hypercare periods.


Project Participation:

  • Actively engage in testing, rolling out, and supporting D365 F&O customizations as a key member of the Project Team.


Additional Skills:

  • Experience in Supply Chain Management is an advantageous asset.
