Reporting into the COO/Head of Compliance, you'll be expected to provide assistance across all areas within compliance and financial crime.


Duties will include:


  • Review, maintain and update compliance policies/procedures, including the compliance manual, compliance monitoring programme, Anti-Bribery programme, etc...
  • Review and approve financial promotions issued by the fund
  • Conduct compliance monitoring reviews (periodically and ad-hoc) as per the Compliance Monitoring Programme (CMP)
  • Regulatory reporting (UK and other required jurisdictions)
  • Provide compliance training to new joiners, as well as ensuring that compliance training materials are maintained & kept up to date
  • Assist in providing regulatory advice to the business and senior stakeholders across both existing and developing regulatory changes which may affect the fund


The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years compliance experience working within a private market fund (Private Equity, Private Credit/Debt or other). Candidates from buy-side regulatory consultancies will also be considered, as long as you can demonstrate a strong understanding of private equity/have worked with Private Equity clients.
