The Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with a focus on the beverage sector and/or consumer goods, and a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and activities. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth through multi-channel, strategic marketing initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

In this role you will work across the full marketing mix, helping to execute key marketing initiatives, campaigns and activations across all key markets and channels.


  • Marketing Assets – Maintain and update all marketing assets and tools for both sales and marketing including brand decks, brand toolkits, assets library, and website content.
  • POS – develop and deliver branded assets including packaging, bottle branding and POS materials.
  • On-Trade – provide support for marketing initiatives in the on-trade within key venues and accounts including staff incentives, managing content shoots at venues, supporting with the execution of trade activations.
  • PR – assist the PR agency and manage the process of sending out all marketing samples to press and influencers.
  • Social – support the social media operation with content input and creation.
  • Content Creation – provide support for photo shoots, video content, and ad creation.
  • Digital – day-to-day project management of the website, e-commerce platform, email newsletters to consumers and the trade, and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Events & Partnerships – help with the organisation and execution of trade and consumer events.
  • Retail – provide support for retailers (e.g. Ocado) in the form of marketing assets and managing any in-store or online marketing requirements.
  • Trade Advertising – manage any trade advertising commitments and associated assets.
  • Administration – support the marketing team with the management of budgets, the organisation of marketing folders and databases, and general administrative tasks.


Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 years+ of experience in marketing, preferably within the consumer goods or beverage industry.
  • Experience in core marketing disciplines – i.e. creative and design, copywriting, events, PR, production, social media, brand partnerships, web, advertising, sponsorship etc.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms and an understanding of organic and paid social media.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to thrive in a start-up environment, manage multiple projects, and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong organisational skills with a detailed eye for execution.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows programmes and Adobe suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
