Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancer who wants to step away from the client facing aspect of conveyancing and to join our title checking team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling complex title checking matters, alongside managing company purchase matters.


Duties:

. Managing complex title checking matters

. Liaising with conveyancers in the team

. Managing company purchase matters from start to finish

. Training junior members of the team


Experience:

. Proven experience as a Residential Conveyancer (qualifications are not essential) - with the ability to title check and raise enquiries (this is essential)

. Strong time management skills to meet deadlines

. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders

. Exceptional organisational abilities to handle multiple cases efficiently

. Proficiency in IT tools for document management and research
