As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to helping our customers. - Friendly and thoughtful service – you’ll put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, and doing all you can to deliver a great shopping experience

- Make sure the store safe and legal – keep the shelves stocked and make sure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be
- Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together
