Our client is a well-established and respected leader in their industry, known for their commitment to excellence and innovation. With exciting plans and projects on the horizon, they are looking to expand their HR team. We have been engaged to assist them in recruiting a dynamic HR Advisor to join their Glasgow office.


The Role:


This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join a thriving company with a reputation for excellence. This generalist HR role offers a variety of responsibilities and the chance to make a meaningful impact. The position is based in Glasgow with hybrid and flexible working options available.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide comprehensive HR support and advice to managers and employees.
  • Assist with employee relations issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Support the implementation and delivery of HR projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
  • Prepare and analyse HR metrics and reports to inform decision-making.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a HR advisory or generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Full, clean driving licence.
