HR Advisor

The Portfolio Group is seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join their team. As an HR Advisor, you will provide expert HR and employment law advice to clients, ensuring they receive high-quality support in a productive and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide HR and employment law advice to clients via phone or email, ensuring a prompt and effective solution.
- Review client documentation and provide tailored advice, taking into account their internal terms and conditions.
- Develop clear and concise answers to client queries, utilizing your expertise in HR and employment law.
- Ensure all requests for advice are handled within the relevant service level agreement (SLA).
- Strong employment law knowledge, either through studies or work experience.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience in the workplace is desirable.
- Previous experience in a KPI/target-driven environment, ideally in a shared service centre, is highly desirable.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
