Iconic Resourcing are working with one of Scotland's leading personal injury law firms, renowned for its award-winning expertise and unwavering dedication to justice who are looking to recruit a Solicitors to join their Union Accident Team. The firm exclusively represents individuals who have been wronged, consistently pushing the boundaries of justice to support workers, accident victims, and their families.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Caseload Management: Overseeing a diverse caseload, including EL/PL/OL/CICA claims with both pre-litigated and litigated files.
  • Court Work: Handling cases in ASPIC, Court of Session, and Sheriff Court.
  • Client Interaction: Engaging with clients, taking statements, and conducting liability investigations.
  • Court Appearance: Consulting with Counsel, liaising with the in-house Advocacy Unit, and appearing at Court/Tribunals.
  • Expert Collaboration: Instructing and liaising with medical experts.
  • Legal Drafting: Drafting legal documents, including summonses and writs.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE)
  • Proven expertise in Employer Liability, Occupiers Liability, and Public Liability cases
