Newport

£30,000 to £40,000 + Bonus + Progression


Neos Engineering are working with a large Heavy Plant Machinery supplier who are looking for a Service Controller within the plant industry to join the team This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate to join a well known & well established organisation


The ideal candidate for the role is someone who has worked in a similar position with a Agricultural, Plant, Heavy Plant or Quarrying industries. You will have knowledge of the of this machinery and be able to understand common faults, parts and challenges that come with them


The day to day role of the Service Controller is to be able to liaise with the employers clients & engineers to ensure the best possible customer service Authorising repairs and servicing to the companies equipment and managing the business’ Service Engineers diaries accordingly.

The Role:

  • Service Controller
  • Liaising with clients & engineers UK Wide
  • Sourcing Parts
  • Updating each repair/Service on the database


The Candidate:

  • Experience within Heavy Plant/ Agricultural/ Static Plant
  • Worked as a Service Controller/ Technical Service Controller/ Plant Engineer
  • Full Driving License.
