Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support our new network infrastructure project. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for designing, deploying and managing all aspects of our network systems and ensuring high availability and performance.


Key Responsibilities:

Network Design and Implementation:

  • Design and implement new network solutions and/or improve the efficiency of current networks.
  • Install, configure, and support network equipment including routers, switches, SDWAN, OOB Network and Wireless Network.
  • Configure wireless, routing, and switching to maximize network efficiency and security based on KLA network standard.


Network Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

  • Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, and latency) and test for weaknesses.
  • Perform network deployment, maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations.
  • Troubleshoot network problems and outages, schedule upgrades, and collaborate with network architects on network optimization.


Documentation and Reporting:

  • Create, update, and maintain network diagrams and documentation. Provide network performance statistics and reports. Document network problems and resolutions for future reference.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven hands-on network engineering experience. Solid understanding of network operating systems (Cisco IOS, Wireless, SilverPeak, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS).
  • Familiarity with access control models and network security. Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Cacti).
  • Strong knowledge of network hardware (Cisco Wired and Wireless devices, SilverPeak, OpenGear ). CCNP or higher (Cisco Certified Network Professional) certification is a must.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
