Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development within the staffing or recruitment industry.
  • Strong client connections in the UK market, with a demonstrated ability to convert leads into long-term clients.
  • Ability to work on a lead-basis and deliver results with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A deep understanding of staffing solutions and the recruitment landscape in the UK.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in identifying opportunities and driving business growth.
  • Prior experience working in a freelance or contract role is an advantage.
