The Head Chef and his team pride themselves on delivering fresh, cooked to order meals for our guests. We are a 53 Bedroom Hotel with a busy restaurant serving staying guests and locals. We also cater for events and celebrations in our function room.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the rest of the kitchen team to success
  • Offer support and keep a high morale with the kitchen team and front of house team.
  • Deliver food to spec, keeping consistent quality, and maintaining healthy stock and profit levels
  • Stock ordering and planning
  • Keep the kitchen to a 5 star standard of cleanliness and health and safety.
  • Train new and existing team members.
  • To develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships with the rest of the team and other colleagues
  • To report equipment faults and defects
  • To attend all relevant training as and when required

Pay rate depending on experience, opportunity to learn and progress.
