Senior Sous Chef Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our team at a prestigious Spa Hotel in the beautiful New Forest countryside. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will play a key role in assisting with all aspects of food production and supporting the wider culinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the day-to-day kitchen operation to ensure high-quality food production and presentation.
  • Support the Head Chef with menu development, order submission, allergen awareness, cost control, and due diligence.
  • Oversee the presentation of all food leaving the kitchen and uphold expectations, reputation, and standards.
  • Manage the multi-menu requirements and busy banqueting operation.
Requirements:
  • Sous chef experience within a quality hotel restaurant to 2 rosette standards.
  • Demonstrate practical ability and flair to drive and motivate others on the team to achieve.
  • Hold experience to manage the kitchen operations and team.
