Senior Sous Chef Opportunity

We are partnering with a prestigious Hotel in Christchurch to find a highly skilled Senior Sous Chef to lead their culinary team.

About the Role:

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in maintaining a high standard of service, ensuring Health and Safety legislation and Food safety are upheld, and producing dishes to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in leading the team to achieve exceptional service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation and Food safety regulations.
  • Produce high-quality dishes in line with the hotel's culinary standards.
  • Jointly responsible for kitchen cleaning rotas, supervising cleaning schedules, and signing off on a weekly basis.
