You will be responsible for directing, supervising, and executing administrative, finance, and commercial tasks for the local operation. Are you the right person for the job?

  • The ideal candidate will have a number of years’ experience working within an office environment and performing various tasks. This role is also open to graduates who have 5 year’s experience of working within an office environment.
  • Very proficient in Excel and Microsoft package with high level of accuracy and attention to details
  • Quick learner with a can do attitude
  • Excellent IT skills are required (Windows and Office programs as a minimum, knowledge of Sage 50 is ideal)

What will your role look like?

  • Supporting and Managing a small team with daily tasks ranging from customer orders, invoicing to commercial terms
  • Management of customer accounts, commercial terms and financial activities
  • Assist the Managing Director in his day-to-day activities, including frequent liaison with Group HQ
  • Coordinate the sales forecasting activity, and sales turnover updating on a regular basis through liaison with the sales team
  • Coordinate and ensure that CRM is being utilised correctly
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations
  • Dealing with incoming email, posts and often corresponding on behalf of the MD
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for employees and visitors
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
  • Other duties as required
