On behalf of this organisation, AMS is looking for a Global Markets Change Project Manager for a 12-month contract, based hybrid in London.
Purpose of the Role:
The DRIVE Project Lead plays a crucial role within Global Markets, focusing on aligning Front Office and Functions within the Global Markets (GM) and Asset/Liability Management & Treasury (ALMT) sectors. The role involves managing both the study and implementation phases of various projects, ensuring successful delivery through effective governance, design, execution, and retrospective analysis.
Responsibilities of the role:
As a Global Markets Change Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Defining project objectives, scope, dependencies, risks, and business rationale. Confirm sponsorship and estimate effort required.
- Stating business requirements, coordinating experts, identifying risks, establishing financials, designing governance and roadmap, and securing resources.
- Driving project execution, monitoring progress, managing risks and budget, and ensuring effective communication and reporting.
- Collecting feedback, identifying best practices and areas for improvement, and updating project management toolkit.
What we require from the candidate:
- End to end change project management in front office and functions and capital market products knowledge.
- Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
