We have an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic Bartenders to come and join the Canopy Collaborative, we call it collaborative because we work together

You will be responsible for creating positive guest experiences; friendly guest service will underpin everything you do. You will ensure the efficient service of all beverages ensuring standards are met at all times.

You will help to manage the daily running of the restaurant & café with responsibility for leading the team, stock control and training.

PENNY SQUARES is our specialty casual all day dining restaurant set in a rustic and organic setting, serving artisan breakfast in the morning, and freshly made clay oven inspired dishes made with local, sustainable ingredients in the evenings.

St. CLARE is at the heart of Canopy Central, it is the perfect place to eat, drink, work, relax or socialise. Enjoy craft coffee roasted in the neighbourhood, unique cocktails and get a taste of the latest local drinks every evening.

About you

Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar role/environment, you are passionate about creating EPIC guests experiences, in particular:

  • You love to meet, greet, and serve all sorts of people
  • Be passionate about all things food & drink
  • Are in love with the happenings in our neighbourhood
  • Always look at ways to serve and surprise each guest
  • You are flexible, approachable, and sociable in nature.
  • Pre-opening experience a plus
  • You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role, documented evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates.

Salary: £23795 per annum + Service Charge based on working 40 hours per week.
