Hours: (Full Time) Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop comprehensive outreach strategies to increase awareness of the organization's services and programs within the target audience.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with external organizations, businesses, and community groups to enhance outreach efforts and achieve organizational goals.
  • Create marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media content, to effectively promote the organization's offerings.
  • Plan and coordinate outreach events, workshops, and community engagement activities to connect with stakeholders and generate interest in the organization.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing partners and stakeholders to ensure ongoing collaboration and support.
  • Collect and analyze data related to outreach activities and partnerships to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to various business functions, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, communicating relevant information and updates effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and potential partnership opportunities to inform strategic planning and decision-making.



Requisites:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in outreach, business development, or community engagement roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software preferred.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques, including digital marketing and social media.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
