The Opportunity: Business Development Manager

In this role, you'll be instrumental in propelling our fast-growing company toward its sales objectives. You'll craft and execute strategic sales strategies, forge impactful relationships, and innovate client engagement activities. Your mission? Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify New Opportunities: Research and target new markets and customers.
  • Develop Growth Plans: Create and implement strategies for business expansion.
  • Build Relationships: Cultivate and maintain partnerships and client relationships.
  • Negotiate Deals: Lead negotiations for contracts and sales agreements.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate Internally: Work with marketing, sales, and product teams.
  • Manage Pipeline: Oversee sales pipeline and lead conversion.
  • Create Proposals: Develop business proposals and presentations.
  • Monitor Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry changes and opportunities.
  • Establish Partnerships: Form strategic alliances to enhance offerings.
  • Set Sales Targets: Set and achieve sales goals.
  • Attend Events: Represent the company at industry events.
  • Report Progress: Provide updates to management on activities and results.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage the business development budget.


Your Profile:

• Experience selling consulting services or recruitment/manpower solutions • Thrive on disrupting the market and challenging the status quo

• Possess an athlete mentality—resilient, determined, and relentless

• Uphold values and ethics, even in the face of tough deals

• Proven track record in business development, ideally in an entrepreneurial context

• Experience closing long-term, relationship-based deals ranging from 100K to 1 million • Methodical, structured, and adept at utilizing CRM systems

• Target-focused with a knack for exceeding aggressive goals

• Exceptional networking skills, able to build rapport with diverse stakeholders

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Innovative thinker with a knack for turning challenges into opportunities

• Able to work autonomously and collaboratively in a global team environment

• Fluency in English required; additional languages a plus.
