As Regional Facilities Manager from a soft services background, you will, manage and deliver the critical operational requirements for one of our manufacturing clients, with an understanding of delivering soft service facilities management and supplier management including, cleaning, laundry, office services, pest control, grounds maintenance & waste management.



The role will report into the Account Manager and will involve the day-to-day management of FM soft services to our clients’ property portfolio.



This critical, client-facing role encompasses the delivery of key business objectives and managing a number of staff including cleaner, admin staff and sub-contractors.



Our Ideal candidate will need to have:



  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound experience within Soft Services, ideally gained in a client lead environment.
  • Experience of working in a GMP environment would be desirable.
  • Experience of working with direct and outsourced service delivery teams.
  • Experience of managing and leading a team of supervisors or equivalent.
  • Experience in managing, influencing and operating within a multi-client/contract environment.
  • Ability to manage change quickly and efficiently whilst maintaining effective service provision.
  • Ability to be flexible with client and team relationships.
  • Full UK driving license.



You will already have extensive experience in property and facilities management gained within a commercial environment, coupled with a soft services background. It would be great if you have IWFM accreditation or hold similar FM qualifications, and hold IOSH, NEBOSH or BiCs qualifications.



You will work Monday to Friday between 08:30 and 17:00, however you will need to be flexible to meet the requirements of the role which will include travel and very occasional overnight stays. You will have access to Apleona employee benefits that will be available to you as soon as you start.
