As a Business Manager with us, you will be instrumental in driving Finance and Insurance opportunities while focusing on achieving outstanding customer relationships and a 5-star CSI performance.
What do you need to succeed as a Business Manager?
- A high level of professional acumen and have an outstanding work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to captain a team to obtain outstanding results as well as supporting and leading them
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets monthly
- Influence and negotiation skills
- Excellent relationship building skills, with both your team and customers
What does the Business Manager role involve?
- Driving your sales team to optimise every Finance and Insurance opportunity that comes into the business
- Establish wants and needs of the customer while building a rapport that will retain them to the brand and the business
- Expertly handling the enquiry management process, supporting and motivating your team to convert prospects into customers
- Working under pressure, establishing targets and monitoring performance against budget
- Understanding shortfalls and addressing those with your team and Sales Manager
- Regular feedback to your team, looking at performance, targets and coaching to developing them
