Sales Executive – Fund Administration

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to drive growth and expand our client base in the fund administration sector. Our company is a global leader in providing tailored solutions to asset managers, private equity, real estate, and institutional investors. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional with a deep understanding of fund administration services and a proven track record in developing relationships with key decision-makers in the financial services industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage prospective clients in the fund administration and asset management sectors, focusing on private equity, real estate, and institutional investment markets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the UK.
  • Present and demonstrate our suite of fund administration, corporate, and compliance services to prospective clients, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, ensuring timely follow-ups and excellent customer engagement.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CFOs, fund managers, and other decision-makers within asset management firms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, compliance, and technology, to deliver client-specific solutions that align with their operational and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the fund administration industry, keeping up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the financial services industry, specifically within fund administration or related services (e.g., corporate services, private equity, real estate, institutional investment).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong network of industry contacts.
  • Deep understanding of fund structures, regulatory requirements, and the operational needs of asset managers.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to craft customized solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally internationally as needed.
