We’re seeking a confident, target-driven sales professional with a vibrant personality to join our client’s sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will drive new business by promoting and selling the Flexi-Job Apprenticeship solution to employers and organisations across England. You’ll work remotely with occasional field visits, meeting clients both virtually and in person to develop and expand your business territory.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven B2B Sales Experience: Particularly in new business development and employer engagement within a target-driven environment, such as recruitment
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage with senior decision-makers and deliver a highly professional service
- Motivation and Drive: Proactive in achieving targets and driving business growth
- Flexibility to Travel: Access to a car and willingness to travel for client meetings (advantageous but not essential).
- Experience with Apprenticeships: Experience in selling government-funded training or employability solutions to employers (advantageous but not essential).
