What we can offer you:

  • Live in available in a shared staff flat
  • Full support and training in your role.
  • Approximately 45 hours per week over 5 days. Other hours or shift patterns may be considered.
  • Hourly or salary pay options available.
  • 25-40% discount on food and drink, across all our pubs and hotels for you and your friends and family. Starts at 25%, Increasing to 30% after one year, 35% after three years and 40% after five years.

What we look for in a Sous Chef:

  • As a deputy to the Head Chef, you will take full control of the kitchen when they are away.
  • Someone who will take pride in preparing fresh food made from seasonal and fresh ingredients.
  • A creative Sous Chef who can bring new ideas and create fresh dishes.
  • Bring the best out of the kitchen team.
  • Take pride in every successful service.
  • A hygiene qualification, excellent food knowledge and food safety awareness are all essential for this role.
