Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Breakfast Chef to join our team at a luxury wellness resort in Bridport. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional breakfast services to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and run the breakfast service, delivering healthy and nutritious meals to our guests
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety and food hygiene procedures
• Work with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients to create an exciting breakfast menu
• Assist with preparations for the following services as required by the Head and Sous Chef
• Deliver an exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded

Requirements:

• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
